MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT AND INVOLVEMENT POLICY STATEMENT
 
      It shall be a policy of Mesa Southern Well Service to rigorously comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Mesa Southern Well Servicing management is committed to providing employees with a safe and healthful workplace. More importantly, it shall be a policy of Mesa Southern Well Servicing to provide adequate training, equipment, and resources to Mesa Southern Well Service employees, such that the workplace will be safe, work activities will be performed safely, and promote fostering safety as a culture.
 
     Employees must report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to their supervisors. Employees shall be instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions.  Only qualified/competent employees will be allowed to operate company equipment; job sites and equipment will be routinely inspected by competent employees and supervisors. Senior management will be actively involved with employees in establishing and maintain an effective safety program.
 
    This policy as applied is a compendium of specific issue safety programs and includes operational procedures which, when implemented, satisfy the regulations set forth in CFR29 Part 1910.120 and evidence compliance with the majority of “Contractor Safety Programs” Mesa Southern Well Service customers. Our safety program manager, COO, and managers will help participate with your department’s employee representative in ongoing safety and health program activities, which include:
  • Promoting safety committee participation;
  • Providing safety and health education and training;
  • Reviewing and updating workspace safety rules;
  This policy serves to express management’s commitment to and involvement in providing our employees with a safe and healthful workplace. This workplace safety program will be incorporated as the standard of practice for this organization. Compliance with the safety rules will be required of all employees as a condition of employment.​
